Return and Refund Policy
At 1224, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, untested, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

- Returns must be sent to our authorised processing warehouse. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a product defect, transit damage, or an error on our part, 1224 will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a courier pickup.
- Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@1224.com.au straight away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at sales@1224.com.au
Non-Returnable Items
